People ask me who I am. Author. Journalist. Music producer. Speaker. I’ve worn every one of those titles, and every one of them is true — and not one of them is the answer.
Here’s the answer: I am a builder. And I’m calling you to become one too.
I wrote Mental Jiu-Jitsu because I watched strong people get taken down by their own minds — so I mapped how to win the fight inside your head. That’s knowing yourself.
I built the news outlets — ASN News USA, Chicago Urban Daily News — because truth is a discipline. When the cameras leave, somebody has to stay and ask the hard questions. That’s mastering yourself: the courage to stand where it’s uncomfortable.
I made the music — PUSH, Progressive Urban Soul and Hip-Hop — because a people need a soundtrack for the climb. I wrote the books on influence and mastery — Mental Jiu-Jitsu, The Global Influencer’s Playbook, and the inspirational Meet Me at the Wall — because somebody has to teach the next generation how to win without selling their soul. That’s building.
Twelve projects. One mission. Know thyself. Master thyself. Build.
Where your focus goes, your faith flows. I believe that the way I believe in gravity. Whatever you fix your mind on, your life follows — so I fixed mine on this: ordinary people, rooted in faith and discipline, can build extraordinary things. Families. Businesses. Blocks. Movements.
The Master Builders was never about me teaching you. It was me handing you tools. A foundation with no monument is just potential — and potential never changed a community.
So here’s who I am, in one sentence: I’m the man who builds builders.
And here’s my question for you: what are you building?
Don’t just answer it in your head. Answer it with your life — starting today.
Here’s your first brick: join the builders — one pillar every week. Know thyself. Master thyself. Build. Free. No noise, just tools.
And when you’re ready to carry this further — your school, your church, your organization, your city — come build with me directly. Book me to speak.
You’re not an audience. You’re a construction crew. Somebody’s future is standing on the work you do right now.
Pick up your tools. Welcome to the builders.
